The Enneagram

Your Path to Personal Growth and Transformative Change

  • Who am I?  What is my purpose?
  • Why do I stress about things that don’t seem to affect other people?
  • What is my potential?
  • How can I create the changes I dream of in myself and my life?
  • Why do I seem to self-sabotage my good intentions so often?
  • How can I improve the way I relate and connect with others?

You might be asking yourself these questions too?

Every day millions of people worldwide ask themselves these questions. The modern world floods us with confusing and conflicting messages about who we should be, how we must behave and what is important. We are told that we need to keep growing, to become everything that we can become, but often our journey takes two steps forward and one step back, and we can question if we are on the right path when it feels like we are being pulled in so many directions.

Whether you are developing your leadership style for the office or working on your relationship with your partner, children/parents & friends, change begins with us.

Without a clear mindset, healthy self-awareness, and the ability to manage yours and other’s distressing emotions, you are going to struggle in life and your relationships.

When you know yourself – your beliefs, values & thoughts – your emotions and feelings – and how they drive your behaviour, then, and only then, can you have healthy empathy to create effective, healthy relationships and experience confidence, success and inner peace.

  • Why Integrative Enneagram?

The enneagram is an ancient tool dating back to the era of The Ancient Greek Mathematicians. Initially recognising traits, it was been adopted by various spiritual faiths, including Sufism, Judaism & Medieval Christianity in the 1200’s. Most recently, from the 1970’s it has been developed as a tool for psychological development. The Enneagram is an ancient model that’s widely used around the world today by individuals, businesses, and couples.

It refers to the nine different Enneagram styles, each of which represents a worldview and archetype that resonates with the different ways different people think, feel and act in relation to the world, others, and themselves.

It’s much more than a personality profile that offers insight into personality traits.

It’s a map, that delves deeper into the core motivations, defence mechanisms and fears that often lie in the unconscious layers of our psyche.  It helps you understand yourself better, so you know in which direction to focus your energies and move towards better things.

The enneagram is for you if:

  • Take an honest look at yourself with curiosity
  • Discover why you do what you do
  • Be willing to work with what you discover;
  • Look for answers to how you can reach your potential
  • Be kind to yourself as you explore your deeper motivations
  • Get specific information about developing your strengths and addressing your blindspots
  • Take responsibility for yourself and your personal growth and development.
  • Discover how to be more compassionate towards yourself and others.
  • Discover Your Life’s purpose and the road map for getting there.

The enneagram is not for you if:

  • You are looking for an easy label
  • You are trying to fix someone else in your life
  • You are looking for a reason to justify your behaviours
  • You are dealing with mental illness and need clinical support
  • You are unable to self reflect or observe your own thinking and behaviours.
